There is something so enchanting about handmade fretwork throwing patterns of flickering candle light around a room. The Mughal Emperors bought lanterns from the nomadic tribes in Morocco to India several thousand years ago, so the sense of timelessness in the atmosphere they create is very real.
This lantern is fair trade and was handmade in India. It's made of recycled iron with a bronze coloured finish and has a little holder inside for a tea light.
Dimensions: 21cm (H) x 17.5 diameter
It gets hot very quickly so please move it only when it's unlit and always give it time to cool down.
